These days, search engine optimization and search marketing seem to be two hot topics when it comes to driving traffic to one’s website.
It always amazes me how many people and firms are out there in “Internetland” touting that they have the ticket to top rankings and that their firm can get you there lickety-split.
Here’s a story about three recent interactions with internet marketing firms that might raise some eyebrows. I have whittled down the actual experiences to a bare minimum so as not to bore you with the details, although I think some of you would get a laugh out of how things went.
